In business since 1998, OLP Construction, Inc was established as a Turnkey Concrete and Tilt-up Contractor offering construction services in Central Florida.
Fully insured and bonded licensed General Contractor specializing in Concrete & Tilt-Up Panels.
We are a certified Minority Business Enterprise Minority Woman Business Enterprise certified by the City of Orlando, the Orange County, and the Greater Orlando Aviation Authorities. We work in the retail, industrial, commercial, airport & governmental sectors.

Safety is an integral part of planning and operating all company activities. We are committed to the safety of our employees, customers, and all trade personnel in every job we perform.
We implement several techniques and guidelines to ensure everyone is safe and updated on the latest standards that OSHA and our clients set.

- Maintain a safe, healthful working condition that meets and exceeds OSHA’s standards.
- Furnish adequate materials, safeguards, and personal protective equipment wherever needed.
- Maintain an active, aggressive safety program where all management members promote employee safety awareness.
- Provide medical and first AID facilities for work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Train and maintain continuous education for all employees on first aid, CPR, and OSHA 10-30 hour courses for the construction industry.
- Certifying employees on equipment’s documented weekly safety meetings on trade-specific toolbox topics and weekly safety inspections by our safety director in every job site, as well as documented OSHA 300 logs.
- Offer an incentive safety program to keep employees motivated.
