St. Pete Police Dept

This project includes the full structural concrete scope for a newly constructed St. Petersburg Police Department  facility, featuring cast-in-place foundations, slab-on-grade, elevated decks, and formed grade beams. Tilt-up concrete wall panels were designed and erected as the primary vertical system, integrating both structural performance and architectural detailing such as recesses and embedded connections. Reinforcement placement was closely coordinated with architectural finishes, ensure seamless integration across trades. The site concrete scope included sidewalks, ramps, and hardscape elements designed to complement the building’s layout and provide accessible circulation throughout the property. Together, the structural concrete and architectural interface deliver a resilient and visually cohesive facility built to meet high-occupancy and Florida Building Code requirements.
