This project involved the complete structural concrete scope for a new educational facility constructed on a fast-tracked schedule. From the initial ground-breaking to the erection of the first tilt-up panels, all foundational concrete workâincluding layout, excavation, reinforcements ,placement of footings, tilit panel forming, reinforcing and erecting grade beams was executed within an aggressive 5.5-week window, during which panel erection had already commenced. The concrete tilt panels formed the structural perimeter walls and were engineered to resist both vertical and lateral loads across multiple buildings. The scope also included structural slab-on-grade systems and elevated deck pours, coordinated to support CMU walls, mechanical platforms, and roofing systems. Integration with architectural features such as window recesses, canopy anchors, and utility blockouts required precise coordination with steel and MEP trades. The project showcased high-level field execution, logistical planning, and structural adaptability to meet the demands of an accelerated construction schedule.
