Mcleod Transfer Station

This project entails the structural construction of a new solid waste transfer station facility, including reinforced concrete foundations, elevated slabs, and trench drains. Work includes the installation of a 10-inch structural slab with topping slabs, piers, and reinforced grade beams to support a pre-engineered metal building. The scope covers integration of embedded steel plates, shear studs, and anchor bolts for metal building connections. Critical attention was given to proper expansion and control joint placement, drainage accommodations, and topping wear indicators.
