This project encompassed the full structural concrete scope for the Winter Haven Recreation and Cultural Center, including foundations, slab-on-grade and  site concrete features. The centerpiece of the structural system is the series of tilt-up concrete wall panels, engineered to provide both lateral resistance and vertical load-bearing capacity for the facility’s gymnasium and multipurpose spaces. These panels were integrated with cast-in-place footings, and reinforced masonry components to create a durable and efficient building envelope. Extensive exterior concrete paving and walkways were coordinated with civil and architectural layouts to support accessibility and traffic flow throughout the community-focused site.
